United States of America
Residents of the United States of America cannot register for a Sportmarket account.
Three countries are restricted from using Sportmarket: the United States, the United Kingdom and France.
Sportmarket restricted countries: clause 3.7 of the Sportmarket Terms and Conditions names the United States of America, the United Kingdom and France, and residents of those three countries cannot register for an account. Residence is the test. Product access (PS3838, Singbet, FairExchange) comes down to access steps, set out below.
The broker's terms settle the question in clause 3.7: if you live in one of three countries, you cannot register for a Sportmarket account.
Residents of the United States of America cannot register for a Sportmarket account.
Residents of the United Kingdom cannot register for a Sportmarket account.
Residents of France cannot register for a Sportmarket account.
We will always prefer a rule printed in the terms to a soft bookmaker quietly cutting a winner's stake: you can read the first before you deposit, and you meet the second only after it has happened.

Where you live decides it. The clause says "if you live in", so the test is your country of residence and never the passport in your pocket.
Location is a second, separate condition. Under clause 3.1 you confirm that you are not prohibited from using or accessing the Services in the country where you currently are, and you cannot use them where that use would be illegal in the jurisdiction you are located in. Clause 3.7 is about where you live; clause 3.1 is about where you are.
Clause 3.7 turns on residence, with the United States of America, the United Kingdom and France named.
Clause 3.1 covers the country you are in when you use the Services.
Verification asks for a proof of address under three months old, and its residential address must match your account.

Registration is one gate; the products are another. Three of them ask for a step after you register, and each step is a condition of access, set out in the second table. We think a short list of steps is a fair price for the Pinnacle route through PS3838.
| Betting site | Sportmarket |
|---|---|
| Pinnacle | PS3838 |
| Singbet | On request |
| Betfair | FairExchange |
| Orbit Exchange | FairExchange |
Conditions of access by Sportmarket product

|---|---|
| PS3838 Direct Bookmaker Account (powered by Pinnacle) | Activation on request to support; at least €100 available in your Sportmarket account; deposits and withdrawals go through Sportmarket. |
| FairExchange | A verified account, funds on the Main Account, an access request to support and two-factor authentication (2FA). |
| Singbet | Off by default; activation on request to support; On/Off setting in the Bookies tab. |
Payments carry location rules of their own, and the Help Center spells them out without naming a country.
Verify early. Bank-transfer details and crypto deposits appear only once your account is verified.
New to brokers? Start with what a bet broker is and how it works. Registration then takes four steps.
Each of the other three intermediaries in our fixed order publishes a list of its own: BetInAsia, AsianConnect and MadMarket. The table sets the three countries against all four, and it measures one thing only: Named means a country is on a broker's list, Not named means it is not.
Which restricted-country lists name your country: BetInAsia, AsianConnect, MadMarket, Sportmarket
| Country | BetInAsia | AsianConnect | MadMarket | Sportmarket |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | Named | Not named | Named | Named |
| United States | Named | Named | Named | Named |
| France | Named | Not named | Named | Named |
Named means the country is on the broker's own list of restricted countries; Not named means it is not. Sources: BetInAsia: clause 4.1.3 of its terms; AsianConnect: the restricted-country article in its help centre; MadMarket: clause 4.1.3 of its terms.
For Sportmarket the source is clause 3.7 of its terms.
We would rather you read the four lists side by side before you deposit anywhere. Our bet brokers page lists the brokers that accept your country, and the full BetInAsia list is on BetInAsia restricted countries.
Next step
Go back to the Sportmarket review for the platform, deposits and withdrawals behind the clause.
No. Residents of the United Kingdom, the United States of America and France cannot register: clause 3.7 of the Sportmarket Terms and Conditions names all three.
By residence. Clause 3.7 says "if you live in" the countries it names, and nationality is not part of the clause.
The terms test where you live (clause 3.7) and where you are located (clause 3.1, which rules out using the Services where that use would be illegal in the jurisdiction you are located in). We do not cover ways of masking your location.
Each is a request to support after registration. PS3838 needs at least €100 available in your Sportmarket account, Singbet is off by default until support activates it, and FairExchange needs a verified account, funds on the Main Account and two-factor authentication.
The Help Center gives two reasons: your account needs verification or re-verification, or the method is not supported for your country.
