PS3838's terms cover the website at www.ps3838.com and its related services, they form a binding contract between you, as the Customer, and PS3838, and they are written around an Account Issuer, the person or company that provides your account and the party you contact with questions about the terms, though the terms name no one.

You must be 18, or the legal age of majority, and you must be in a country where betting is legal. BetInAsia lists PS3838 as one of its own products, beside BLACK and Sharp Exchange. It says a PS3838 account is registered only through a broker and that the account runs in euros only. Sportmarket lists PS3838 as a Direct Bookmaker Account, labelled "Powered by Pinnacle". Sportmarket manages the account, and deposits and withdrawals go through Sportmarket only, not through the PS3838 site. A few rules from the rules page decide what happens to a bet, and each has its own scope. Market rules prevail over sport rules, and sport rules over the general rules. A bet can be voided when the odds or the limit are obviously wrong, and the terms add that PS3838 can cancel a price accepted by human or system error, if it is materially different from the market or clearly incorrect, even after the event has started. Winnings on accumulators are capped at 250,000 per calendar day, quoted in the currency symbol the rules page uses.
Teasers have rules of their own. In a standard teaser, a push or void selection is removed and the payout recalculated. A Super Teaser is void as soon as one selection is a push or void.
Where PS3838 does not accept residents
PS3838's terms list the countries whose residents cannot use the service. The list, in full:

The list ends with a general formula that covers any other country prohibiting online gambling for its residents. The terms speak of residents, and they separately require you to be in a country where betting is legal.

Funding and withdrawals
Funding and withdrawals are arrangements between you and the Account Issuer, and PS3838 takes no responsibility for those transactions. PS3838 is not a financial institution and pays no interest on balances.
Closure and suspension
PS3838 can close or suspend an account for breach of the terms, for the integrity of the service or for other reasonable grounds, sometimes without notice, and the funds go back to the Account Issuer. An account cannot be sold or transferred.
Refusing or limiting a bet
The terms give PS3838 the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any bet at any time, for any reason. Bets are accepted at its discretion.
An amount credited by error remains PS3838's property and is removed after notification. The terms also ask you to look at My Bets after every session, because you alone are responsible for your transactions.
Probet42 at MadMarket
Probet42 is a MadMarket product, not a second name for PS3838. MadMarket runs three products, Edge, Probet42 and Sharp Exchange, and one MadMarket account opens a product account for each. MadMarket's own blog says you have to use a betting broker or agent for Probet42, and MadMarket is the broker that opens it on the register.
MadMarket titles its page "Probet42 - High Odds Pinnacle Alternative" and says it gives access to over 30 sports and thousands of betting markets, Asian Handicap included. The sports it lists: Football (Soccer), Cricket, Basketball, Baseball, Tennis, American Football, Golf, Snooker, Handball, Esports, Boxing, Cycling, MMA, Darts, Athletics, Politics, Badminton, Bandy, Aussie Rules, Olympics, Squash, Padel Tennis, Water Polo, Auto Racing, Sports Simulations, Curling, Winter Sports, Hockey, Futsal, Rugby, Volleyball and Special Bets.
MadMarket says Probet42 has no cash out. Its help centre says parlays run from 2 to 10 selections, and one losing selection loses the whole parlay.

Verdict
Our view is plain. This row is a question of routes, and we are happy to point you to any of the four. Choosing a route comes down to what sits around the account: a portal with BLACK and Sharp Exchange at BetInAsia, a unified wallet shared with Asianodds88, PIWI247 and OrbitX at AsianConnect, a Direct Bookmaker Account next to the Betting Platform at Sportmarket, and a Probet42 product account beside Edge and Sharp Exchange at MadMarket.
