How Bookielink Works: Products, Payments and Restricted Countries

What Bookielink says in its own pages and terms, and which of our four brokers open the betting sites it names.

Bookielink presents itself as one account that links you to many bookmakers and betting exchanges. Its site groups the offer into Multi Bookie Platforms with Bookielink PRO, Betting Exchanges and Single Betting Account, and its product pages describe access in three steps: Register, Deposit and Request. According to its payments page, the minimum is €50 for each payment method. Eight betting sites named on its Bookielink PRO list appear in our register, where BetInAsia, AsianConnect, MadMarket and Sportmarket between them open all eight.

What Bookielink is

The homepage sums Bookielink up in one line: "Your Link to All Bookies". The About Us page adds the aim, one account for bookmakers and exchanges around the world.

Read both texts. The homepage line and the About Us aim speak of one link to many betting sites; the terms describe an automated means of placing bets with third-party bookmakers where you already hold a betting account, with the odds and the staking limits on every bet left to those bookmakers.

Clause 2.2 says odds and staking limits "are determined exclusively by the bookmaker(s)". Clause 2.3 has the bookmakers settle the bets, with the platform free, at its sole discretion, to take responsibility for a percentage of the stakes, and clause 2.4 says listing a bookmaker "does not indicate any recommendation, endorsement or approval by Bookielink".

We think clause 2.2 is the one to read first, whichever intermediary you use: when limits are the bookmaker's decision, the real question is which bookmakers sit behind the account, and soft bookmakers cutting winners' stakes are the reason this category exists.

Bookielink products

Bookielink PRO

The Multi Bookie Platforms page presents the PRO platform as an all-in-one betting account that can place a bet automatically with the bookmaker offering the best odds. Its list includes, in the page's order: Bookielink Broker, Bookielink Parlay, Betfair Exchange, Betdaq, 3et, BetISN, Matchbook, SharpBet, PS3838, JABet, MaxBet (IBCBet) and SingBet.

Betting Exchanges

The Betting Exchanges page lists several exchange accounts, among them Laystars, Orbit-X, OddsWar and Oddslay. OddsWar and Oddslay each carry a Horse Racing Lay, a lay bet on a race: a bet that a runner will not win.

Single Betting Account

The Single Betting Account page names four accounts at individual bookmakers: 3et, PS3838, PENTA88 and Pasa888.

Become an agent

The Become an Agent page describes three tiers. Its form's product list also names Sbobet.

Super Master Agent

Works directly with the bookmaker, supplies the risk deposit and manages the hierarchy's balances and exposure. Appoints Master Agents.

Master Agent

Appointed by a Super Master Agent. Creates and manages Agent accounts.

Agent

Appointed by a Master Agent. Brings in players and manages accounts in approved jurisdictions.

The Products menu also names Live Casino & Slots (Betwiz), which this page does not cover.

Betting sites our four brokers open that Bookielink names

Set the names on the PRO list against our register and eight match betting sites our four brokers open, each through the tool in its row.

The PRO list writes PS3838. In the register, PS3838 is the tool BetInAsia, AsianConnect and Sportmarket use to open Pinnacle (see Pinnacle and PS3838 through a broker).

The table shows, row by row, which tool at each of our four brokers reaches a named betting site.

Whose names, whose register

The rows use the register's spellings; the PRO list writes SingBet, Betfair Exchange and PS3838. Only betting site names are compared, and a resemblance between names does not make two products the same.

How to open a Bookielink account

Access runs in three steps, according to Bookielink's product pages:

  1. Register. Create the account. Registering alone does not give access to bookmakers.
  2. Deposit. A minimum of €50 activates access and lets the team create the accounts you request.
  3. Request. Once the deposit is confirmed, ask for the bookmakers you want from the dashboard; the team handles the setup.

The terms say "All accounts require KYC", short for know your client. The page on KYC and anti-money-laundering asks for an official photo ID and proof of address less than 3 months old, in the name and at the address on the account. Mobile phone bills and screenshots are refused, and every edge of the document must be visible.

In clause 3.1 you declare that you are at least 18, and clause 3.2 lets the platform refuse anyone the use of the service at its absolute discretion.

Bookielink deposits, withdrawals and fees

Neteller€501.5 % after the free withdrawalUnder 24 hours

Deposits by Skrill, Neteller and bank transfer carry a 0 % fee on the page, and each of those three methods comes with one free withdrawal a month. Skrill and Neteller deposits are listed as instant, bank transfers as instant depending on the bank, and cryptocurrency deposits as 3 confirmations, which counts network confirmations rather than time.

Restricted countries at Bookielink

Clause 4.6 of the terms sets the rule, and its test is where you live. The sentence is copied as written.

Clause 4.6 of the terms

"You may not use the Service if you live in any of the following countries: United States of America, United Kingdom, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Greece, Singapore or country labelled as ‘High-Risk’ and/or ‘Non-Cooperative’ by the Financial Action Task Force."

The test is where you live.

The same clause adds: "Some bookies offered will be restricted in countries they do not currently operate in", and those restrictions apply automatically when the account is opened, by country of residence.

The Multi Bookie Platforms page carries a separate list of restricted countries, identical for Betdaq, Betfair Exchange and Matchbook: Spain, France, Germany, Russia, Cyprus, Greece, Serbia, India, Pakistan, China, Argentina, Belarus and New Zealand. It is the page's own list for those three exchanges and is not merged with the terms' list.

Our four brokers apply lists of their own; two are mapped in full: BetInAsia restricted countries and Sportmarket restricted countries.

What the terms of Bookielink cover

Six points from the terms and pages:

  • You are responsible for managing all your betting accounts, says clause 2.1.
  • "Bookielink reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time and for any reason", says clause 11.2.
  • Prices and volumes are shown "as is", and offers are "invitations only", according to clause 5.
  • The acceptable use policy voids "abnormal bets" without prior notification.
  • Changes to the terms take effect 30 days after publication on the site unless you notify disagreement, under clause 15.
  • The responsible gambling page offers deposit and loss limits on request and self-exclusion of at least 6 months, with no maximum.

Alternatives to Bookielink

Betting sites come first. Write down the ones you want to bet at, find them in the register, and open the broker whose tool reaches them, because the betting site you want and the route to it are two separate decisions, and the register lets you settle the second by reading the tool in each cell instead of guessing which broker covers which name.

Next step

Clause 2.2 leaves odds and limits to the bookmakers behind the account, so the betting site is the real decision. Each of the eight above is open through at least one of our four brokers: read the tool in its row, then open that broker.
